1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all usage by online visitors and orders placed by customers of vildare.com. By accepting these terms and conditions, you enter into an agreement with registered owner of vildare.com,  FF Living AB, org. Nr 559161-1917 registered in Sweden (hereafter FF Living).

It’s the buyers obligation to accept and take notice of the terms and conditions before placing an order. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. FF Living reserve the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless required by law.

2. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by applicable Swedish law. As FF Living may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment, you are asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

3. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

All rights, including copyrights at vildare.com remain with FF Living. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

4. ORDER

Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order, including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges, and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you confirm the order and the terms and conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled. This occurs once the order has been submitted and payment is confirmed. Please note that the order will not be valid if FF Living cannot confirm the billing and shipping address(es) that you provide. Once you have confirmed your order you will receive an immediate online confirmation on your screen at the end of the checkout, as well as a digital order confirmation via email. This confirmation is a receipt of your order online. A digital delivery note is sent via email when your order is shipped. This is a confirmation of your delivery.

We only sell items that we have in stock. Garments may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout.

In certain collections you can order a maximum number of products and we reserve the right to change your order if the maximum number has been breached.

We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.

All product information displayed on vildare.com are subject to change.

 

5. PAYMENT

FF Living accepts payments through VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.  When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Mondido to guarantee security. Please visit mondido.com to read more about their secure payment services. To ensure your safety and comfort, we use a secure order form. No external parties will be able to access the information you have given. Read more under our Privacy Policy. The total charges for each order, including cost of product, freight and other costs is always authorized before capture.
Prices on vildare.com are provided in euros (EUR). All prices are subject to change. FF Living cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the prices from Euro to your bank currency.

 

 

6. DELIVERY & FREIGHT

The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. FF Living will dispatch the approved orders within 2 days (Monday-Friday) or as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Exceptions to this may occur during inventory management and bank holidays when handling may take more time. 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to. FF Living is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially dispatched due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. FF Living will refund the consumer in full, at the latest within 30 days after termination.

 

6.1 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are specified in € (Euro) and will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. Actual freight cost are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to and the total order cost. 

 

Our main warehouse is located in Poland and shipment time and cost is calculated on sending from Poland.

Sweden: 3-5 work days

Europe: 3-6 work days

USA: 4-6 work days

Rest of the world: 4-7 work days

 

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY

Zone 1: Sweden, Germany, Poland, Czech, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary: Free shipping on all orders over €100

Shipments within the zone 1 countries are free of charge for orders exceeding €100.

For orders below €100, we charge €5.

Zone 2: United Kingdom*, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Finland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Denmark, Austria, Portugal, Slovenia, Romania, Ukraine : Free shipping on orders over €100

*Not including Isle of Man, Guernsey or Jersey (see Rest of World Shipping below).

Shipments within the zone 2 countries are free of charge for orders exceeding €100.

For orders below €100 we charge €8 euros.

Zone 3: Norway, Iceland, Turkey

For shipments to zone 3, we offer free shipping for orders exceeding €100.

For orders below €100, we will charge a €15 shipping fee.

Rest of the world:

 

The shipping fee for other countries not listed on  orders is 20-40€, the fee will show in the checkout.

6.2 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

FF Living will not pay shipping for uncollected packages. Customers will be charged with the cost of return freight and administrative fees.

 

6.3 DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. 

vildare.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivery At Place (DAP). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. Please contact your local authorities for more information.

 

6.4 TRACKING

In the delivery note for your order you will receive a tracking-link that is connected to your local forwarding agent (DPD/Fedex). This link will provide you with information on the status of your order in terms of delivery. FF Living is not responsible for faulty information provided by local forwarding agents.

 

6.5 DAMAGED GOODS/MISSING ITEMS

If you as a customer upon receiving your goods acknowledge that the shipment is visibly damaged from transportation you have the responsibility to report this to the local forwarding agent (DPD/Fedex). If you as a customer upon unboxing your order acknowledge that the goods are damaged or that items are missing, you are responsible to contact vildare customer service (support@vildare.com) within 7 days from delivery with your order number and shipment number from your local forwarding agent. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.

 

6.6 FAULTY GOODS/INFORMATION

If a situation occurs where the customer receives wrong and/or duplicate order(s) FF Living reserves its right to get back all products in its original condition. The customer has to return it to FF Living within 14 days of delivery. FF Living will compensate the cost of shipping.

At the event of products being sold due to incorrect pricing caused by technical problems and/or mistakes by personnel of FF Living we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.

 

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

7.1 RIGHT TO RETURN / CANCELLATION

As a customer we allow you to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 30 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. 

All merchandise must be returned in new condition. The item(s) should include its original packaging and be accompanied by the original hang tags & dust bag. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.  You must pay up front for the return, but we will repay you for the shipping fees for anyone in shipping zones 1, 2 and 3.  For those outside of shipping zones 1, 2 and 3, repayment of shipping fees will be a case by case basis and we can only cover costs up to €40.

To make a return,  please contact us at support@vildare.com to start the returns process.  All items will be shipped with a recyclable RePack envelope.  Place the intact items (in dustbag) inside the RePack and seal it with the enclosed sealing label, and tape the shipping label securely with transparent tape.  Follow instructions for the return and where to return the package for shipment.

Upon receiving your returned merchandise at our warehouse, a refund of the amount paid for the product will be initiated. Please allow for the transaction to be fully processed/posted within 10 – 15 business days. This refund will be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.

 

 

7.2. WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

It is our guarantee that every Vildare item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of 365 days of the original purchase.   If you feel something is faulty on an item purchased at vildare.com, we vow to repair it at our cost.

In case you receive a damage or defect product, please send us a picture immediately where we can clearly see the defect and explain the fault.  Send the photo attached to an email to support@vildare.com

Please note that because cork is a natural material, it will have subtle variations from item to item. The delivered item may differ slightly in color and grain from the one presented at our website. Cork is naturally stained and water resistant material, very easy to maintain and with a knack to age gracefully. However, we do recommend the regular use of a damp soft cloth, to keep it in perfect condition.  Please note that it is considered within normal wear and tear for cork to get slight changes in color and texture over time. 

We do not offer cleaning, re-dying, refurbishing, or similar services.

Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, or hardware malfunction.

Please note our manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect or accidents. Some examples of what is not covered under our manufacturer's warranty:

  • Damage from adhesives
  • Damage from pets
  • Discoloration or dampness from storage or exposure
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Improper care
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Scratches, spots, or marks from normal use
  • Stains or color transfers
  • Misuse, neglect or accidents
  • Abrasion
  • Exposure to solvents, cleaning liquids
  • Damage during transport
  • Any modification to a Vildare item
  • Breakdown of colors and materials over time

If a product was damaged during flight, transport or by any carrier upon initial purchase, you must immediately report such damage directly to the transport operator or forwarding agent (DPD/Fedex), as this damage is expressly not covered by FF Living.

We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products.

Please note that general wear and tear including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our 365 day warranty. 

We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent.

To inquire about a replacement, simply email us at support@vildare.com including a picture of the defect, along with your order number or name. 

If the item you are inquiring about is is no longer available on our website, we will work together to provide you a proper solution.

If we acknowledge a production error, the goods can be returned against a valid receipt and/or order confirmation. For faulty items FF Living will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days (or 12 months) of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Claim rights do not apply to defects caused by wear and tear or incorrect usage.

For us to see if the warranty is valid we also need some proof of purchase. Please attach a receipt or a copy of the bank transaction to the email.

If that item is eligible for our warranty policy and  can be repaired, we will send you a return shipping label. 

If the item cannot be repaired, we will send you a return waybill to return the defective product and send you a new product.  If the exact replacement is not available, we will offer you a similar product, store credit or refund you for the product. 

 

7.3. CHANGES TO PLACED ORDERS

Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, we will begin handling your order. At this point you may not make any changes to your order. If there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to immediately contact support@vildare.com .  FF Living is not responsible for goods sent to an erroneous and/or incorrect address submitted by customers.

 

7.4 EXCHANGE OF GOODS

If customers wish to exchange goods in an already delivered order, we ask customers to return the goods wished to be exchanged and place a new order with the correct item(s). In the event of questions or assistance please contact our customer service.  In such cases we are not obligated to cover or repay shipping costs, and the cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, all obligations contracted by vildare.com are procrastinated. In this case the contract between you and FF Living can be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by FF Living. With force majeure we refer to the event(s) of natural disasters, war, strikes, revolution, riot, import/export lockout and/or blockage, transportation interference, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service and/or disease whether this strikes us as an organization or one of our suppliers direct or indirect.

 

9. FRAUD

FF Living holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services.
FF Living  reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
